The Day 3 recap of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s impeachment trial can be summarized as the Self Licking Ice Cream Cone!

Legal experts once again observed a session of legal processes that amounted to a pile of undercooked burgers at a little league picnic. Ryan Vassar took the stand. He was the Deputy Attorney General for Legal Council in Ken Paxton’s office. While prosecutor Rusty Hardin ran down the clock on worthless info, things went south quickly when it was determined that the group who “went” to the FBI to create the investigation admitted there was NO EVIDENCE of wrongdoing, and never gained any evidence to this day!

Say what?

They ran to the Feds… without evidence… and since then, no evidence has been stockpiled. So imagine someone makes an accusation against a house painter without evidence. After an investigation, nothing is found against the poor, innocent guy with the dripping paint brush. Texas etiquette calls for professionally printed “I’m Sorry” notes and freshly baked cookies to be sent to the falsely accused party. Bang! Score another point to the home team of the Paxton Panthers!

This entirely corrupt impeachment may be the Lord’s way of telling crooked politicians to crack open their Bibles to Proverbs 18:17, “The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him”. Looks like Sunday school lessons took place in Austin on a Thursday.
